Consumables such as coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are the tenant's responsibility. For monthly and yearly rentals, linen and towel changes are not included, and all related arrangements are the tenant’s responsibility. A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking, and a 10% refundable security deposit is due upon contract signing. The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to check-in.
