An initial electricity token worth IDR 500,000 and two gallons of Aqua water are supplied upon move-in, with additional usage and water being the tenant's responsibility. For monthly and yearly rentals, please note that linen and towel changes are not included, and all related arrangements are the tenant's responsibility. A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, followed by a 10% refundable security deposit upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due one week prior to check-in.
