To kickstart your stay, an initial electricity token worth IDR 500,000 and two gallons of Aqua water are included.
Note: Electricity usage beyond the initial IDR 500,000 token is excluded. Additional Aqua water gallons are not included. Coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are not provided. For monthly and yearly rentals, linen and towel changes are the tenant's responsibility. A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking, followed by a 10% refundable security deposit upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due one week before check-in. The security deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out, pending no damages or losses.
