Note: Yearly rental price is 450 Million. Electricity usage beyond the initial token is excluded. Additional water gallons and consumables like coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are not included. Linen and towel changes are not included for monthly and yearly rentals; tenants are responsible for all linen arrangements. A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking, and a 10% refundable security deposit is due upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due one week before check-in. The security deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or loss of property. The listing is not open for collaborations with other agents.
